Orders & Quotes

All products are made to order. Quotes are provided by WhatsApp, phone or email and confirm the design, quantity, price and turnaround before payment. An order is confirmed once the mockup is approved and payment is arranged.

Custom Items & Customer-Owned Cups

For engraving on cups you already own (Yeti®, Stanley®, etc.), we take every precaution, but customization may affect the manufacturer’s warranty. We guarantee our workmanship: if an engraving defect is our fault, we repair or replace the work at no cost.

Returns

Because every piece is personalized, custom orders are not returnable unless defective. If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will remake it.

Turnaround & Delivery

Typical turnaround is confirmed with your quote. Local delivery is available in Orlando and nearby areas; delivery dates for bulk orders are agreed before production starts.
